TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL

1. RESERVATIONS

A booking shall be complete, if provided:

A/ To 6 (six) weeks before departure:

  • Euro 250 deposit – a part of the sum of the whole rental period
  • Copy of the licence
  • Copy of the identity card or passport

B/ To 4 (four) weeks before departure:

  • The total sum of the whole rental period
  • Copy of a driver's licens.
  • Copy of an ID card and national passport.

2. CAUTION DEPOSIT

Euro 750 - This is accepted just before departure.
The caution will be returned in full at the conclusion of the rental after a check by ZOTI’s employee and provided

  • No damage to motorhome, to the equipment or any third party
  • The motorhome is free in definite time and place, clean ad full with fuel, with cleaned toilet, without missing of a hotel and kitchen equipment, reflect in two sides protocol.

3. PAYMENT

Zoti Ltd accept the following ways of payment:
•cash
•bank transfer
•by touroperator

4. DRIVERS

Shall be 25-70 years of age, and have held a full licence for 2 years.
Licences must be free of endorsements (except minor speeding/parking offences).

Any driver who has medical or legal restrictions on driving MUST inform ZOTI Ltd. in advance. The driving licence (or a copy) must be produced for inspection at time of reservation. One driver is included in rate.
Additional drivers may be added for 40EUR per rental period.

5. STORAGE OF LUGGAGE & PERSONAL CAR PARKING

Storage of luggage or a parking of one car shall be available. It is included in price. ZOTI LTD is liable for them after signing a protocol,between two sides.

6. PETS

Animals are not allowed in the Campervans.
Only Guide dogs - additional payment - 50 EUR.

7. AVAILABILITY

ZOTI Ltd. shall make every effort to ensure that the vehicle you reserve is available at the agreed time. If for any reason it is not available, we shall endeavour to make another vehicle available with the same number of beds and equipment as the initial motorhome without extra cost. BUT if this is not acceptable or another vehicle proves unobtainable, our liability is limited to the refund on any money paid.

You can rent additionally:
  • two bicycles - 3 EUR/day
  • bicycle rack - 10 EUR for rental period
  • iron - 5 EUR for rental period
  • hair-drier - 5 EUR for rental period
  • plastic table - 10 EUR for item
  • plastic chair/stool/ - 3 EUR for item
  • TV - 4 EUR/day

    • When you rent 2 bicycles and a bicycle rack, you get the rack free.

    8.HIRE PERIOD

    The motorhome pick up time is between 08.00 and 14.00 o'clock in the exact day of the rent of the motorhome base in town Strelcha.
    The motohome return time is not later than 15.00 h.in the exact day in the same place.

    Extra charges:
  • Pick up or drop off in Saturdays and Sundays - additional fee - 20 EUR
  • Pick up or drop off in National holidays - 50 EUR
    •  
    Transfer from the airport ( Sofia or Plovdiv) to Strelcha - 25 EUR per person

    IMPORTANT: Money for earlier returning of the motorhome is not give back. If you take a motorhome later then the exact time, you do not have right of later return ,except if something else is not arranged, signed in both sides. If after the rental insurable circumstance, the motorhome have to be return later, TENANT have to inform immediately “ZOTI- OOD” for that.

    9.SANCTIONS

    1.For returning a motorhome on another place except in the base town Strelcha, have to be paid tax 2EUR /per km.for he distance between the place that motorhome hade to be return to Strelcha, which are secluded from the guarantee deposit.

    2.For the expired days of the return of the motorhome according to the contract is paid:

  • day tax, according to the price list
  • 20 EUR failures for every expired day

    3.Additional taxes:

  • Unclean toilet - 50 EUR
  • Unclean externally - 20 EUR
  • Unclean tank of waste water - 20 EUR
  • Empty fuel tank - you have to pay after full the tank
  • Maximum permitted mileage is 300 km. per day.Each add km have to be paid -0.80 EUR


    10. RENTAL

    The price for the rent includes:

  • Full Auto Casco
    • ( Damage on the ruff construction if the motorhome, caused of the non observance of max high is paid all from the Tenant. In this case is not enforce insurance against all risk)
  • Civil insurance
  • Vignette tax
  • Full tank of fuel
  • Full tank of clean water
  • Full bedding equipment
  • Full kitchen equipment
  • Gas propane butane
  • Notarized power of authority for driving /in Bulgarian and English/ languages

    • If is necessary night in the hotel, after the arrival in Strelcha or before the departure from there, it's have to be paid from the tourist.

    DO NOT DRINK THE WATER OF WATER'S TANK!

    SMOKING NOT PERMITTED IN THE CAMPERVAN!

    11.INSURANCE

    A.“ZOTI” Ltd secure civil insurance and full Auto Casco. Privet property is not covered from the insurance, if it is let without side.

    B."ZOTI" Ltd advises,for yours own safety and quietness to make the following insurances:

  • Insurance against all kinds of risks
  • Cancellation insurance
  • Medical insurance

    • 12. FAILURES, DAMAGES, ACCIDENT and REPAIR.

    If some troubles occurred or damages on the motorhome after the rental period, TENANT have to inform “ZOTI” LTD by the telephone immediately.

    • TENANT is responsible for all the expenses, caused a in result of breaking the law for traffic on the roads. Duty on the TENANT is to fill the documents for the accident whatever it happened, and so notify “ ZOTI” Ltd and the police. He has to check regularly the level of the oil in the engine, the pressure in the tury and the air bags.
    • All the troubles, breaking and recovers, caused in result of neglecting and unconsciously manage from the TENANT, are for his account.
    • TENANT would not have another car, if he use the motorhome unconsciously or the damage is caused from neglecting. The driver is responsible for damages, caused after using alcohol.
    • In damage, breaking or accident, caused by neglecting or carelessness from a third side, not from the TENANT, witch is prevent him from full using of the motorhome, is necessary to inform “ ZOTI” Ltd and undertake the following actions from the side of the TENANT: 1./- Repair in the nearest service on FIAT/ 2. /-Using of the Road Help/.In case, that the LESSOR could not secure another motorhome to the end of the rental period, will recover on the TENANT only the sum, level up of the not using days. This would happen, after he receives from his side insurance for this accident.
    • All the sum from the before point, paid from the TENANT,/ original invoices / are restore from the LESSOR in presenting in front of “ ZOTI” LTD after the end of the rental period.For repair ,change, in crack or explosion of tyro expenses did not recover.
    • ZOTI LTD is not liable for the consequences in result of breaking the Low and Traffic rules.
    • ZOTI LTD is not liable in case of circumstances,out of his control,which makes differences of planning routes / natural calamities, wars, public protests, strikes/ and make the traveling impossible.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Touring outside Bulgaria shall be permitted after ZOTI Ltd approval.
    We will supply all the necessary documents.

    13. CANCELATION AND FORFEITS

    A. BY ZOTI Ltd.

        ZOTI Ltd. reserve the right to cancel a reservation at the commencement of hire when:
 

    - Nominated drivers licence is not produced or is not valid and not in accordance with the stated conditions.
    - Failure to provide caution deposit
    - Hirer from abroad fails to produce a valid passport

    In these circumstances all moneys paid by the hirer shall be forfeited.
    ZOTI Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to hire to any person, without stating cause. The booking deposit will be refunded in this case.

    B. BY HIRER

    In the event of cancellation by hirer the following charges shall be incurred

  • over 30 days before departure – 15 % of the sum for the entire rental period according to the reservation
  • over 22 days before departure – 20 % of the sum for the entire rental period according to the reservation
  • over 15 days before departure – 30 % of the sum of the entire rental period according to the reservation
  • 10 days before departure - 50 % of the sum of the entire rental period according to the reservation
  • less than 9 days before departure - 100 % of the sum

    • All cancellations must be made in writing,/personally/ by fax or email.
